Following this first meeting we will write to you with
our proposal for services.
With your agreement we begin to conduct research and analysis.
Once we have all of the information we need we will construct
our advisory report either on a focused or holistic basis.
If you agree with our recommendations we move on to implement
them on your behalf.
Once the implementation phase is complete we will agree
our timetable for review.
